Election Commission (EC) will do everything necessary to conduct free, fair and neutral elections, said Election Commissioner Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury. He said, "Election Commission does not want to be questioned."
He said this on Saturday (November 17th) in the opening ceremony of training program for use of electronic voting machine (EVM) and other software at the election training institute (ETI) in Agargaon, capital Dhaka.
Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury said, "The EC will do whatever it takes to organize a free, fair and neutral election. A fair selection is essential. Which will lead the country ahead. The race is looking at EC for a fair election. '
To the trainee election officials, he said, "We want everyone to come to the polls to keep the neutrality, regardless of party-like regardless." If there is any question about your neutrality, the EC will take lawful punitive action.
"Bangladesh Election Commission does not want to be questioned," Shahadat Chowdhury said, "We always say those who are working at the field level, you are the body of the commission."
He said, "Election Commission formed with the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) and four commissioners want a fair, free and fair and acceptable election to all."
He further said, 'This year's election is very important. Because many unregistered parties outside the registered party are taking part in the elections. We are delighted. '
Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury inaugurated the training of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and EMS, CMS and RMS software under Trainer Training (TOOT) program on the occasion of Eleventh Parliament election.
